Thank you for the quick response to my earlier request for help in updating the production cost of aggregates in Huaibei. Following t update on the cost as at Aug 07, the Huiabei Aggregates project has taken another step forward in realising its feasibility. Thanks again.

For info, Huaibei Aggregates project (once approved by both Cement and A&C) would be the pioneer project for aggregates in China. With a low cost investment and operating in our own cement facility, we will be able to realised our ambition to have an aggregates business

I am currently writing a recommendation for the transfer cost of production of aggregates and I would like some feedback before submitting it.

- That the Proposed transfer cost is at RMB 12.40 per mt (exclude other management tributes)
- Proposal for a fix percentage of 2.5% of increase on a Year on Year basis. (taking into account factors of inflation, SG&A, energy, etc )

Additionally it would be of great help if the year ending December (YED) 2006 and 2005 numbers were also inserted. By doing so its easier to justify any cost movements in the following years.
