因为公司和这个酒店有协议，所以不用提供信用卡担保，有我们给他们做预定就可以了。我想他们一定也需要酒店的接送机服务吧，我建议他们5月3号那天去故宫和天坛公园，4号那天去长城和颐和园。最好是选择私人导游的那种，这样时间上的安排会比较灵活，费用也没有很高，如果你们能确定他们的希望按照我的安排来游北京的话，那明天我会把费用报价给你。

There is no need to guarantee room reservation for your guests with credit card because our company has a long-term contract with this hotel. Booking through us will be a good confirmation. I believe your guests will require airport pick-up services to the hotel. My recommendations are : the Imperial Palace and Tiantan Park on the 3rd and the Greal Wall and the Summer Palace on the 4th. I suggest using privately guided tour because this will give your guests better time flexibility although it will be a little bit more expensive than group tour. If you are able to confirm your guest's preference or their alternative choice to my above recommendations, I will be able to forward to you my quotations by tomorrow.

Additionally, if your guests have any special requests personally or religiously wise, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can notify the hotel for the necessary arrangements.
