摘要：生态旅游是可持续发展理论在旅游业上的应用，是在不破坏环境的前提下，以自然环境为主要活动舞台所进行的一种对生态和文化负责的旅游。文成县长期以来受地理环境因素制约，经济发展相对滞后，没有大的工业污染源，县境植被繁茂，山峻谷幽，座座湖泊如珍珠散落，是一处难得的生态旅游处女地。开发旅游业，不仅可以给当地的人民扩大就业门路带来经济实惠，对摆脱长期落后，完成全面实现小康社会的目标也有着积极的现实意义。
但我们也不能忽略旅游业对环境造成的近期和远期的危害,所以要建立良好的旅游管理机制,加强生态环境管理,制定旅游环保机制,寓生态环境教育于旅游,发展生态旅游等调控旅游业生态环境的对策.
