Firstly, I will introduce to our friends from overseas the special characteristics of Chinese cuisine. Secondly, I will explain to them general manners on having meals and how to use chopsticks. Then I will further show them the major differences between Chinese and western customs, habits and traditional etiquettes. Finally, I will try to arrange them to have some western dishes, depending on how situation develops.
