请问 这里steal用ING形式对吗？？
用过去分词不行吗？
解答:
there have 用错了。 应该是 there are. 我认为应改成 there are many thieves stealing bikes （分词短语做定语）
或; there are many thieves who steal bikes.(用定语从句）
