Seller agrees to indemnify and hold purchanser and its affiliates and buyers harmless against any claim,loss,damage,injury,suit,action or expense, including attorney's fees, which may arise from the quanlity of the merchandise or the dangerous conditions therof, or from an allegation regarding such quanlity or such condition.

卖方同意：如因产品质量或产品不安全状况、以及因涉及此类质量问题或不安全状况问题的指控而产生的任何索赔、损失，损坏、伤害、诉讼、法律行动和费用（其中包括律师费用），采购方和其分销商以及购买者均无需为此承担责任，卖方并保证上述各方不受损失。
