Confidentiality agreement
In order to protect and defend ****rights, *****certifies
1.To only pass on the information concerning this object received from ------to a limited number of staff members at ****, and only for the purposes of studying the feasibility if manufacturing it. Therefore, this information in only to be communicated to members of the design office concerned.

2.Not to divulge any information on this subjects to third parties, and to obtain the same confidentiality undertakings from all the aforementioned employees in paragraph1.

3.Not to produce and /or market items incorporating any or all of the innovative characteristics of the product concerned.

4.Not to apply for patents or other industrial property rights in the product concerned, either in its own name or any other name.

5.Not to subsequently claim “personal
ownership” rights form *****with a view to using the product concerned.

保密协议
为了保护***的权利，***保证：
1，在***，只能在有限的职员范围内传阅有关该产品的资料；并且，仅用于是否进行该产品生产的可行性研究之目的。因此，该资料只能在有关的设计室人员之间交流。
2，不将该产品的任何资料泄露给第三方；并且，第一款所涉及的人员保证同样保密。
3，不生产或销售包含有关该产品的任何物料项目或有关该产品的所有具有创新特点的产品。
4，不以自己或其他任何名义申请有关该产品的专利或其他工业产权。
5，随后不以使用有关该产品为目的向***提出个人所有权要求。
