6，have ordered ；haven’t arrived /had ordered ；hadn’t arrived 。句末有yet 。
7，had been ；was 。有时间状语从句when 。。。；表示出生用过去时态。
8，had already taken 。有从句when。。。realized。。。用过去完成时态。
